There are some days – often when past trauma or grief raises its ugly head – that I can feel so flat or overwhelmed that I don’t know how to soothe myself or how to lift myself out of the negative mindset I’ve found myself in.
And rather than try to ‘think’ my way out of the negative mindset I’ve found myself in, my go solution is a meditation I’ve found by a lady called Belleruth Naparstek.
Belleruth is a wonderful facilitator of guided meditation and this one really helps me drop into a peaceful space of self-awareness and appreciation. It only takes ten minutes (starts exactly 1 minute in on the link below) and is such a nourishing meditation that creates a sense of well being that stays with me for hours.
