During this inspiring four hour workshop, Justine Roach, author of Start Being Happy will show you how to identify the automatic behaviours, patterns and reactions that are blocking your happiness AND show you how to change them.
You’ll be given powerful practices that will increase your ability to manage your feelings and responses and learn techniques that will enable you to make better choices and facilitate your own growth, at your own pace.
The workshops are small and intimate (with a maximum of 8 people) so you have the opportunity to examine your own experiences, to ask questions and to apply each practice to your own personal circumstances.
